Discord Channel and Information Management
I maintained a clearly organized Discord workspace where departments, announcements, job postings, payroll, QA checks, and archived work had separate channels. This allowed me to manage communication, task visibility, team routing, and internal coordination without mixing unrelated concerns.
I used payroll and finance update channels to document payment schedules, release dates, spreadsheet links, pending concerns, and verification reminders. This supported transparent project administration by keeping earnings, payroll status, and staff updates traceable in one place.
I tracked completed jobs with assigned staff, work type, deadline, estimated price, file location, and client source. This shows how I managed project handoffs, delivery records, deadline monitoring, and file retrieval with clear documentation.
I maintained QA check channels where each project had its own reference code, assigned person, and review thread. This helped me separate quality review from general operations while keeping corrections, approvals, and accountability easy to follow.
In 2023, Discord does not have bots optimized for clocking systems. Hence, I used a clocking system to record staff time-in and time-out logs across workdays. This supported workforce monitoring, attendance tracking, payroll checking, and productivity review for remote team members.
I manage internal negotiations by reviewing team concerns, checking project scope, assessing workload, and deciding whether price adjustments or scope limits are reasonable before responding. I keep discussions practical and documented, balancing client budget, worker effort, deadline pressure, and output quality so tasks remain fair and manageable.
Google Workspace File and Storage Management
I organize high-volume Google Drive systems by structuring folders by year, project type, client files, managerial documents, schedules, contracts, samples, forms, payment records, and active trackers. I maintain clean file storage through consistent naming, proper folder placement, accessible references, and organized archives so teams can retrieve documents quickly and keep project operations traceable.
Output Monitoring Dashboard via Google Sheets
I built a spreadsheet tracker for tasks, amount paid for services rendered, and status updates. The tool gave the team one organized location for monitoring work progress and reduced confusion in task follow-up.
Data Analysis and Research Report
I organized raw survey data from multiple files, cleaned inconsistent entries, and created summary tables. The final output helped present demographic trends, as well as summarized survey responses in a simple format that management could review quickly.
Memorial Park Feasibility
For this project, I supported the preparation of a memorial park feasibility study by collecting and organizing publicly available information on competing businesses. I reviewed competitor profiles, service packages, pricing references, and visible market positioning indicators to build a structured comparison sheet that made side-by-side evaluation easier. I then prepared a concise written summary highlighting common service offerings, price level patterns, and positioning differences among competitors. The output gave the client a more organized basis for reviewing the competitive environment and helped simplify decisions related to pricing, service planning, and market entry strategy.
This project reflects my ability to handle market research, organize business information into usable formats, and convert scattered public data into a practical decision support document.
